The development of Whiteley began over thirty years ago.
A new civil parish for Whiteley was created in 2003 to provide the residents of Whiteley with a local voice. In May 2014 the Parish Council became a Town Council.

12 noon – 7pm Saturday 11th July Meadowside Music Festival
12 noon – 4pm Saturday 1st August Skatejam @ Meadowside skatepark
4.15pm Sunday 1st November Fireworks (ticketed event)
4.30pm Saturday 5th December Christmas Lights Switch On
What's on this Easter Holiday with Whiteley Town Council?
🪲 April 1st - Wilder Wednesday - We will be meeting at Barn Farm, then going on a Spring Scavenger Hunt, exploring the wonderful woodlands around the area and finding out more about our neighbours who live in nature!
🐰🚲🚲 April 4th - Dr Bike, Skate Jam and Easter Egg Hunt - All free of charge and taking place at Meadowside Rec.
☕ Whiteley ACSO Community coffee morning complete with table games, free hot and cold drinks and biscuits. Taking place at Barn Farm Community Centre
🌳 April 8th - Wilder Wednesday - Meet at Barn Farm, and then we will make our way to Tanners Brook Copse to learn how to Den Build! All materials will be provided for you.
